Welcome to our collaborative partnership, Phenomenal Woman.  We were shocked by the lack of really confident and influential women presenters in a business world where there are lots of women business managers and leaders.  Phenomenal Woman came about to address this very real need and aims to develop supreme confidence in women who need and want to comunicate more effectively in the business arena as part of their career and business development. 

 

Catherine Sandland has enjoyed a varied career in line management,HR and Learning and development roles in retail, finance and consultancy. ‘I LOVE my job which gives me the perfect opportunity to work with people who are serious about developing their communications and relationship skills in the workplace.  My company,White Hart Training Ltd, specialises in management development and leadership training and presentations skills training. In particular, I have a passion for working with women in business in developing inspiring and influential presentations,specifically in giving them supreme confidence and a set of ‘five star’ tools to prepare and deliver effective presentations time after time. 

 

 

Karen Hands spent 10 years in ICI as a professional engineer bringing about environmental performance improvements on chemical plants before training as a Coverdale teamwork coach. Her company, Thought into Action Ltd, specialises in rescuing change initiatives and in rescuing technical managers whose lack of people skills have caused the initiative to lose track.
